Stacy Colbert Feli has a unique blend of business and creative acumen. For over 20 years, Stacy has thrived in a cross-sector of industries within luxury including retail and hospitality making invaluable contributions in her professional corporate career with tenures at LVMH Group, Estee Lauder, Tiffany & Co., and with the late restaurateur Warner LeRoy of LeRoy Adventures (Tavern on The Green/Russian Tea Room).
She has diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups and established organizations. She has extensive hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, Human Resources Information Systems implementations, HR workflow development, training and development, benefits administration, organizational design, and employee engagement.
She was most recently the Vice President of Human Resources with FENDI, where she had oversight for North America, Mexico, and Brazil with a total employee population of 300+. She was a key advisor to the President for FENDI Americas, providing budget objectives and organizational synergy design and development, and direct liaison with FENDI Italy teams. As the head of Human Resources for the Estee Lauder brand and Head of Corporate Human Resources with Tiffany & Co., she worked with the senior executive leadership teams participating in internal change management projects and cross functionally with the creative and marketing teams providing input on strategic planning, new categories of business, and process improvement.
As a consultant to Aerin Lauder in her lifestyle company AERIN, Stacy designed the organizations short and long term talent structures, and worked directly with Ms. Lauder and her executive management and creative teams.
